Disliked: I stayed there from May 16th to the 19th at this hotel. When I booked a reservation at your hotel at Booking.com, the confirmation email said my stay was $143 per night. Instead, I was charged $200. When I was complaining about it to the clerk at the desk, he said there was nothing they could do and when I asked for the manager, he said there's no manager and to either leave it or take it. When I then further on explained and showed my receipts and confirmation email, they didn't want to honor it and said, "That we don't honor the price at Booking.com." When I then asked him again that why do your hotel listed on Booking.com for this price and then don't want to honor the price listed he had no answer for it. The management plays games by advertising cheaper prices on Booking.com and charging a whole different expensive price during check-in. All they have to say despite when you show them proof of your receipts is there's nothing they can do. I suggest if you ever book this hotel be careful because they run a big scam by showing cheaper prices on Booking.com, just to attract more customers to book their hotel and charge a very different and way more than the advertised price.

Disliked: The room was hot. Maintenance tried to fix it but still didn’t work. We were given an electric fan to use. We were also charged twice, although we informed front desk that the room was already paid for before check in.
