Liked: The room was nice, the restaurant was very good and the staff were helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was smaller than I expected and the hot tub wasn't very hot.

Lovely pool area for families

Liked: We love this hotel for the pool area, Starbucks, the restaurant, and the location.
Disliked: $350 is pretty steep for a 2 bedroom room for 1 night. Would be nice to have affordable family options, especially for a rainy March Break.

Liked: It was such a nice hotel, very modern. Loved the lobby with the restaurant/cafe area. The employees were fantastic everywhere, all service was impeccable.
Disliked: The layout of the pool is a little concerning and really not great for swimming. Also the whole time was waiting for someone to hit the pool wall coming off that slide.

Liked: That the black out blinds shut out the sunlight , and they stocked the toilet paper.
Disliked: The customer service wasn't up to par compared to other hotels nearby. Put us on a floor near families who were slamming doors and running and screaming and seemed annoyed that we asked for a quieter room. The room smelt musky, and the carpet had the old dingy smell. Too many lumps in the bed trying to compensate comfort with mattress pads instead of purchasing comfy mattresses. The shower water pressure would not regulate my partner almost got burnt mid washing his hair. The light switches are so weird , sometimes simple is better. The chairs in the room smelt funky. Saying hi to hotel staff upon leaving, they were not friendly at all and snubbed their noses at myself and other guests in the elevator. Not told about amenities, or wifi ect, when we went down and asked they were snappy and short about it. We travel to halifax often and thought we would give the hotel a try , but definitely won't be returning.

Families will love it!

Liked: Amazing pool for kids. Slide, hot tub, splash pad, changing rooms!..Liked that there is a restaurant and a Starbucks right in the lobby. Modern rooms.
Disliked: The restaurant is quite overpriced for the quality of food.
