It would have been nice...

Liked: Very clean and nice restaurant location. But it would be have coffee in lobby.
Disliked: Location

Exceptional

Liked: My 7 year old son loves the hotel so we always spend a night here on our yearly trip to the mountains in NC. The room is always clean and the staff is great. The Mexican restaurant inside the hotel was also excellent and very affordable.

Immaculate hotel

Liked: Spotless room and hotel with very friendly staff.
Disliked: No breakfast provided. You could purchase breakfast in the mexican restaurant that was part of the hotel but it had very minimal choices and it was obvious the staff was only there for the two of us having breakfast.There was no coffee/water located in the lobby. You couldn't get anything, maybe because it was included in the room but it didn't provide much options for breakfast except to go to another restaurant. This did not make it very convenient for travelers.

The staff was really great...

Liked: The staff was amazing and super helpful. The location is really close to Fort Jackson so it was an easy drive and there are a lot of restraints nearby.
Disliked: The hotel is going the remodeling so it was loud at times and the room was kind of falling apart. My floor was coming up in multiple places and the baseboards looked like they were rotting off the wall in certain spots. The room was also very dark there was little to no lighting.
