Never again

Disliked: Ac was broken in room 228 I was moved to 419 at 2 am in the morning and given the wrong keys had to carry three kids back down stairs to get new kids. The blanket was dirty filthy. I stayed at delta in colonial heights and loved it. Chesapeake location was not what I was expecting.

Booking.com. you ruined my entire...

Liked: Booking.com. you ruined my entire stay cation. Your listing / booking. Stated room rate for two nights and a $50.00 deposit. When I arrive at 10pm after a 5 hour drive , I'm hit with a $50 a night per room fee. 200.00. You mislead me completely. I expect a full refund immediately.
