It was a great stay...
Liked: I liked how polite the girl was checking me in and quick. She made sure I knew where everything was and the hours of everything.
Disliked: Just like a lot of other customers, you can literally hear everything in the hallway, BUT you could not hear people in other rooms at all.

Stop using third party agencies...
Liked: The location was good. Close to the interstate and everything that was needed.
Disliked: I am rating this experience on behalf of the guest I reserved the room for as well as myself. When my wife call the hotel directly, she was "switched" to a third party for booking (we thought we had kept track of the company but unfortunately we didn't). About a week or so later, both guest, that is two separate rooms, asked to stay additional nights. Because I couldn't remember who we booked the room through, I had to go directly through Marriot and added days for both rooms. I called Marriot and added two nights to one room and one night to the second room. With the reservations I made through Marriot there was no problem. There were too many story lines to try to cover in this block, but everything went downhill from there. The first room had one glitch in that whoever this "third party" was only made the initial reservation for one night instead of two. With the second room, from Friday night until Saturday afternoon, my friends called me at least eight times because there were problems with the reservation. On Saturday June 1st, they received a message on the the tv saying that their stay in the room was over and they needed to vacate. I had to keep calling the hotel as well as going there personally and talking to several people, including the manager; each time rehashing the story of how the hotel had pushed us over to a third party, but also in order to explain how I had extended their stay by booking directly through Marriot. The manager was apologetic and was suggesting that he may add some points to my Marriot rewards account. Unfortunately after all these years, I don't fly, drive, rent, or stay anywhere enough to earn or redeem any points. Frankly, as frustrating as this was, one of my guest was about to leave at that very moment. Rather than points, I think I deserve a refund for at least one of these rooms.

Disliked: The only think I really was unsatisfy was in the breaskfast time. No one explained that the breaskfast is Restaurant style, meaning siting and wait. The waiting time was ridiculous, and 'cause of this situation our day schedule was affected. No other options just to sit and wait more than 45 minutes to have the breaskfast. Doesn't matter if is include in the stay or you pay for it, is the only option you can have.

Disliked: This linen was distinguished. I had to switch three different rooms at 10 p.m. before getting settled with small children. I also was charged twice. It’s a whole month later and I’m still going back and fourth with them concerning my money. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN

New hotel with nice rooms...
Liked: The hotel is new, so everything looks really nice.
Disliked: The wifi didn't work on any of my family's devices, when I asked for help at the front desk, they gave me a phone number (0-800) to call to solve the problem. I expected more help from people from the hotel, but they expected me to do the job. The beds were not well arranged, when I entered the room after housekeeping came, it looked as if my 8 year old son had made my bed. I was locked inside the laundry room. In my opinion, it is very expensive for the service they offer. Beds in double rooms are full, not queen size.
