Liked: The facilities on offer were good but when swimming in the pool it was very smelly like poo, to the point I had to leave and alerted a member 9f staff.Excellent location and good selection for breakfast.The lady on chexk out, id not seen her before was the only polite, helpful person there and was lovely with us
Disliked: On booking nowhere did it mention a £50 per night deposit so that was a shock but paid on arrival, staff were rude and made us feel like we didn't fit in. The bed had a massive dip on my partners side so he was very uncomfortable.The smell in the pool was unbelievable!!

Brilliant place to stay

Liked: Friendly staff, nice room, tasty breakfast, close to footpaths for hiking, great swimming pool.
Disliked: We were given incorrect information twice that swimming pool is open until 9pm, but on Sat it is until 7pm. Casting to room TV doesn't work - it is not connected to WiFi - we were told it is due to changing internet providers.

Much needed R&R

Liked: Lovely hotel, we had a room on the ground floor. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely, nice bathroom. Hotel spa was lovely, however for the size of the hotel, it was a little small and very cramped in there. There's not enough seating area around the pool, if you just want to sit and relax after using the facilities. There was a wedding party booked in when we stayed, so everyone made use of the spa, making it feel claustrophobic in there.
Disliked: Unfortunately for us the beds weren't the best
