Liked: Staff were excellent, food was good and the place was spotless.
Disliked: Our bed in room 34! The mattress had seen better days, a big dip on each side of the double which meant we were virtually lying on the base. Both me and my partner had 2 bad night's sleep. The staff did what they could and added some toppers but this didn't improve things. We felt like we were falling out. The hotel was full but on the 3rd night we were moved to a different room which was ok.This is not the sort of thing we expect in a 4 star hotel, that bed is not something that would have failed overnight and must have been like it for a while. It's a pity because it spoilt our stay. beds, etc, need to be checked more frequently for wear.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The rooms we booked were not one next to the other, even though we had yound teenagers with us. We had to split and sleep one parent with one child in each bedroom.The toilets on one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. There was dust on tables and around the lamps.We could not eat in the evening as the whole restaurant was booked up for a private event.
