Liked: It was nice , clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The overpowering smell of sandalwood which took over the entire space.

A good place to crash

Liked: It was located in a great spot in the building itself seemed pretty nice and clean
Disliked: The bathroom door in our room would not latch unless you slammed yourself against it. The toilet holder was a little messed up and the closet door also did not seem to be working properly in our room. there was also a weird semi clear substance around the entirety of the edge of the bathroom vanity that was coming up

I couldn't stay,

Liked: At first when I entered the lobby I thought it was very beautiful. But I ran into some issues before I couldn't get past there
Disliked: I went on booking.com and I talked to somebody and told them that I needed a room for the night that my money did not go on my card until midnight but I could pay cash but you could still hold my card as you know whatever. But when I got there it was a complete lead different story, the receptionist lady was very rude and kept repeating we don't take cash we don't take cash. I was very upset because it was very cold and I had no place to go and at midnight I had my money on the card if that was an issue they should have told me that before I got all the way there, because I don't have a car. I just don't understand why they had to be that way or why they couldn't have been honest in the very first place and I went to bed in such a conflict thank you Kelly Lonergan
