Liked: It was clean and roomy ..
Disliked: Coffee maker did not work ...Bed was hard to get into for a short person ... Only one elevater for ten floor.

Disliked: Shower was hard to use. Not sure what was wrong with it.

Rough Night

Liked: The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.
Disliked: The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.
