Room and facilities were great!

Disliked: Dinner was salty for my tastes. And breakfast service was bad.Only one elevator works.

Disappointed with room cleanliness and...

Liked: Close proximity to interstate
Disliked: At check-in we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. The guest elevator worked to get us up to the 4th floor but, when we wanted to come down to the restaurant for dinner none of the guest elevators were functioning. We waited for over 15 minutes trying to get the elevators to come to our floor. Finally we had to make the decision to take the emergency stairs down. This was an unpleasant task for me since I’m 76 and have bad knees. We stopped at the 2nd floor hoping that maybe the elevators would work but, again they didn’t work. Finally an employee of the hotel showed up to inform us that the elevators were down and we would have to use a service elevator instead. The service elevator was small & dirty, not very pleasant. The room was good but, not very clean. I accidentally dropped my bottle of water on the floor by the entrance to the bathroom and cleaned the floor with some paper towels only to see that the towels were filthy with dirt and hair (not good). Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Next morning we went down for a cup of coffee but, had to wait for the coffee dispensers to be setup and the coffee was extremely weak, almost like water. This was by far the worst stay we have had in all of our travels. Very disappointed and will not book again.

Liked: The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. Great location for NHRA races.
Disliked: The reason I gave a 7 was we were there for the NHRA races and the hotel was completely booked and they only had 1 elevator that worked the whole weekend. There was a lot of drivers, pit crew and workers from the track so in the AM if you were on a lower floor it took 3 to 4 cycles of the elevator before you could get down, each time they were completely full. I say AM but evenings were just as bad. But with so many headed to races people filtering out in AM and back in PM. Also you could not take the stairs and get to the ground level without tripping the fire alarm.Also while hotels are not responsible for the parking lot. I realize it is park at your own risk. Our truck was stolen. This happened sometime between Saturday night and Sunday AM. But we were 5 hours from home I asked at the front desk for a later check out so we could get return transportation worked out. She seemed irritated, but said most I can give you us a hour. We were doing all we could to get out of there. But on a Sunday it was hard to even find any that were open.

Comfy beds and delicious breakfast.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was AMAZING.
Disliked: Highway noise was a bit loud at times, but white noise machine drowned it out.

Liked: The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast package that came with the room was honestly better than any hotel where I have ever stayed.
