Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Liked: Beautiful and spacious room with a stunning view - everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was solid and we also recieved coupons for free drinks at the bar. Staff was really friendly.
Disliked: Could be a bit less expensive.

Very comfortable hotel and excellent...

Liked: One of the nicest hotels I am grateful to be able to have stayed in. Staff could not be more helpful and the rooms are great value for money, quiet and nicely appointed.. The executive lounge with complimentary canopies and drinks, is a nice touch and comes with some executive rooms and suites. Also Marriott club memberships. I didn't use all of the facilities as my main reason for staying was to extend my stay after having stayed in Ireland for a week for a rest before heading home, see bristol and keep cool in the overly hot temperatures outside - very good air conditioning in rooms
Disliked: Nothing really, it looks as though central hotel air conditioning is being worked on and the terrace being updated but substantial cooling fans are in place for these areas.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was great at a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Plenty to select from for a free breakfast.
Disliked: Overall, great value.

Liked: Great location, staff were really helpful.The air conditioning was really loud but worked well which was great as it was super hot during our stay.Decent breakfast buffet as well.
Disliked: Pillows- so soft they basically aren’t there.

Liked: Good clean hotel, attentive staff.
Disliked: Car park was most like a public toilet. Stank of stale urine and dotted with human excrement. Whilst this is clearly not the responsibility of the hotel it did ruin an otherwise pleasant stay and will deter me from returning.
