Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Liked: Location and value for money
Disliked: They need to take a look at sound proofing the windows better. We could hear loud exhaust vehicles late at night.

I was disappointed to realise...
Liked: The rooms were nice and clean the first day of our stay. And yhere was the option of a breakfast buffet.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that on our second night, when we returned to our room, we realised that towels had not been changed, bins had not been empied and coffe facilities in the room had not been clean or replenished. It was an expensive hotel and was very disappointed about this.

A lovely, family-friendly hotel situated...
Liked: The staff throughout the hotel, at reception, at breakfast, were so friendly. On arrival the receptionist gave our daughter a colouring book which we thought was a lovely touch and we were given an unexpected room upgrade. We loved that it was situated right beside Castle Park which meant we had a lovely walk each morning into the centre. The view over the park from the 10th floor was outstanding. The room had everything we needed with very comfy beds. Breakfast was a great buffet selection of continental and cooked foods. We would not hesitate to stay again.
Disliked: The only thing that was missing from the cooked breakfast was mushrooms.

Funding to fix badly fitting...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Bedroom doors need serious attention as don’t close easily or quietly. There is zero effort to remind guests to be mindful of others: loud and thoughtless guests arriving back in rooms from 4am to 05.30. Premier Inns don’t have these issues!
