Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Great location, staff friendly, love...

Liked: It was in the centre and convenient to get to. Also like that they had discounted rates for the NCP and we were able to check in early without a fuss. LOVE the hydration stations throughout the hotel. Such a good idea. Great view of the park.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the coffee pod machine working. Room was quite hot but didn’t realise until the morning that there was a small plug in fan in the room! Not sure how much of a difference that would have made.

Bright, clean, comfy and convenient...

Liked: Room was bright and clean. Bed was super comfy! Hotel wasn't much to look at from outside, but inside was very nice. Location was perfect, being equidistant to new and old city. Supermarket close by too. Good value for money.
Disliked: View from the room not the best. That's just a small niggle really. Fine other than that.
