Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Liked: I felt safe (me and my 3 children), welcomed and looked after. Perfect breakfast, comfortable room and beds, good gym to go to, drinks when necessary ... Ideal port for tourists on holidays! Thank you

Very good

Liked: Large comfortable room with plenty of charging and plug points, and the large single beds were so comfy. Breakfast was very varied and delicious and fresh. Staff were really friendly and helpful The hotel was perfectly located next to Cabot Circus and Castle Park
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned daily, and we had to ask for replacement towels and tea and coffee.It is a large hotel but only 2 working lifts which were difficult to catch at busy times.

Liked: Great location. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is great: varied, savoury, sweet and a lot of choice.
Disliked: The double beds are too small for 2 people. One of our rooms didn't have a fridge.

Liked: Complimentary breakfast on arrival was really good. Staff were really friendly on arrival and catered to all our needs. Location of the hotel was brilliant.
Disliked: The room was a little too warm, even when the air con was on.
