All was well!
Liked: Love staying at the castle on the river. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. our first choice when in Saskatoon!
Disliked: It would be great if covid-19 disappeared and normal would not be new!!!!

Liked: With COVID. The Bess is a shell of itself. Limited amenities open(eating) and limited staff. Hope it comes back to its once greatness

Serene view, noisy room
Liked: The historical pictures and decor.
Disliked: The hotel room was small and the vents were noisy. I was surprised as to how easily we could hear hotel guests voices from neighbouring rooms.

Liked: Lovely property on the South Saskatchewan River. The architecture of this historic building is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are modern without compromising the classic feel of the building. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view of the river from our room. The hotel was very clean and with COVID precautions including mandatory masks, electronic menus, long tables in the restaurant to keep distance between guests and servers, and hand sanitizer available on all floors we felt comfortable staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was good, nothing extraordinary. Overall a great value, I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There wasn?t anything we didn?t like about the property. There was some confusion at check in as it wasn?t explained that the damage deposit is charged then refunded. But when I called from my room the staff was helpful and polite and this doesn?t influence my opinion of the hotel.
