Very good.

Liked: The hotel is an architectural marvel. Excellent location. Great breakfast. Magnificent river views from the rooms.
Disliked: They didn't tell me I had to let them know in advance to clean my room.

All in all it is...

Liked: Booked a garden view room and the view was excellent. The staff were accommodating and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was perfect for walking along the paths by the river. Construction was a bit of a nuisance.
Disliked: The air conditioning was very noisy. The taps in the bathroom sink did not turn on and off with ease. Hot water was very hot and hard to control. The vending machine was out of order. I would have liked a small convenience kiosk to purchase snacks.

Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed, sink water taps did not work well, skimpy and too few towels

Disliked: Too expensive for the age of hotel and furniture in the rooms were out dated and old. Noisy streets at night probably because of the local bar.
