Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. I will definitely be back to stay. I loved everything about this hotel.

There are only 2 ways out of the building, all of which you have to go through the main lobby to get to. Being a military veteran with PTSD and anxiety, this is highly inconvenient and a huge stresser just to get to your vehicle. I also booked through ConcertHotels.com. I was charged immediately when I booked online. The morning I was leaving the hotel; the hotel decided to charge me again. When I addressed the woman at the counter I actually had to show her the charge on my cell phone because she didn't believe I was charged twice. Once I showed her she said it was a glitch in the system and I would have my money in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay over $400 for one night in a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Sarah you should not be allowed to treat customers with such disregard. Deplorable and unacceptable!

Disliked: No matter how we tried to adjust the temperature in the room we were either frozen or sweating.

Liked: Staff were incredible. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We had a view of the tidal bore (have always loved that) The restaurant was wonderful. Our server Luis was top tier amazing and the kitchen staff sent out a meal that we can’t even put into words how much we enjoyed it. We were welcomed in, everyone was polite and asked if we needed anything anytime we saw them. Very friendly.
