Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. I will definitely be back to stay. I loved everything about this hotel.

Liked: Room size and nice and cool.
Disliked: Nothing.

There are only 2 ways out of the building, all of which you have to go through the main lobby to get to. Being a military veteran with PTSD and anxiety, this is highly inconvenient and a huge stresser just to get to your vehicle. I also booked through ConcertHotels.com. I was charged immediately when I booked online. The morning I was leaving the hotel; the hotel decided to charge me again. When I addressed the woman at the counter I actually had to show her the charge on my cell phone because she didn't believe I was charged twice. Once I showed her she said it was a glitch in the system and I would have my money in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay over $400 for one night in a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Sarah you should not be allowed to treat customers with such disregard. Deplorable and unacceptable!

Liked: The room was big.
Disliked: No matter how we tried to adjust the temperature in the room we were either frozen or sweating.

Bad

Disliked: The bathroom was so small you couldn’t open the door if someone was already brushing their teeth. When showering my husband counted 12 hair in the tub. Very dirty not very nice. Old carpet on the floor. For the price we paid $304 we expected a much nicer room. At that price we should have stayed at a newer hotel in Moncton. Not impressed and won’t go there again.

Way over priced for all...

Liked: Location was perfect. Couldnt ask for a better location. Within walking distance to so many things. Staff were very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast ( Only available through booking.com) was really great.
Disliked: The pillows were very lumpy and hard. The air conditioner was very loud!!, so I had to keep it turned off and the room got too warm. No microwave in the room. There is a mini fridge, but it was barely cold. Everything was room temperature after all night in the fridge. The room was definitely not what I would expect for the rate. Will not be staying here again.

Liked: Everything is nice especially the pool and slide.
Disliked: Hope there is a breakfast buffet. Staff could be more friendlier rather than just looking when we are trying to walk with the kids in the lobby. A place for kids could be nice as well.

Disliked: Parking is absolutely ridiculous. You have to pay $30 for parking which is absolutely ridiculous added to the bill.
