Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. I will definitely be back to stay. I loved everything about this hotel.

Liked: Room size and nice and cool.
Disliked: Nothing.

There are only 2 ways out of the building, all of which you have to go through the main lobby to get to. Being a military veteran with PTSD and anxiety, this is highly inconvenient and a huge stresser just to get to your vehicle. I also booked through ConcertHotels.com. I was charged immediately when I booked online. The morning I was leaving the hotel; the hotel decided to charge me again. When I addressed the woman at the counter I actually had to show her the charge on my cell phone because she didn't believe I was charged twice. Once I showed her she said it was a glitch in the system and I would have my money in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay over $400 for one night in a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Sarah you should not be allowed to treat customers with such disregard. Deplorable and unacceptable!

Disliked: No matter how we tried to adjust the temperature in the room we were either frozen or sweating.

Liked: In particular the breakfast situation was incredibly poor. We were seated in the bar side of the restaurant amongst dirty tables. After waiting for 10 minutes the hostess came to tell us if we went to the buffet it would be faster. The manager then brought in another table of guests who then told them that it would be 20 minutes before any service. Unfortunately we were looking forward to a lovely Sunday brunch but we had to leave hungry as we had an appointment to get to in Shediac. I always stay at the Beausejour when I come to Moncton and I have never minded paying more for this hotel until now. This in hotel dining experience really turned me off.

Disliked: There was a sandwich in the mini fridge from the previous guest

Liked: Lots of activities for kids to do and location for easily accessible food spots
Disliked: The outside noise

Pleasant

Liked: My children really enjoyed the waterslide and d the March break activities.
Disliked: At 3 am we were awoken with a bunch of people in the hallway bickering back and forth. This continued till about 4am.
