Liked: Spacious bedroom, nice gym
Disliked: Breakfast fruit not so fresh

Noise issues

Liked: Enjoyed the pool. Dinner was nice in the restaurant. The waitress was very nice.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the swimming pool and woke up early morning at 7.15am with kids splashing and playing in the pool and swimming lessons with song singing. Felt like I woke up in a nursery school after a very late night due to daughter's national sports commitments. We needed rest so asked reception to change our room as we were staying a 2nd night and wanted to rest away from the noise. Manager offered room next door which was still onto pool so same noise issues. Said no and insisted on a room away from noise. Was asked to pay to upgrade. I had paid £10 extra for a twin room rather than a double but said I'd take a double bed to get away from the noise. When I checked on booking.com for the evening it was £3 more for a double room but it was quite a mission to get moved. Felt that manager wasn't keen to help until I insisted.
