Lovely relaxing stay.

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. Plenty to choose from the menu. Food good.Swimming pool was clean and a nice temperature to swim in especially with the grandchildren.

Disliked: The lack of a lift. Not a deal breaker as theres only one flight of stairs, but would make a world of difference if they got one installed for guests.

Worst hotel ever gavin Bully’s...

Liked: Absolutely nothing only the reception ladies were lovely but GAVIN the so called owner of this place is a joke of a human being
Disliked: everything don’t come hear if u had kids I also seen multiple reviews online the same thing saying he didn’t like kids!!! He doesn’t have any himself and u can tell. Phoned our room because our kids were laughing went to reception see if anyone complained nope no one complained just gavin walking past the room we weren’t even allowed to talk! Our kids had worst time we couldn’t even laugh in the room due to him he then started squaring up to my partner and shouting at our young kids telling them to stay in their rooms when we went to car to get her iPad. The kids weren’t running about either before he turns around and says this exact same as what he’s said on other reviews Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the pool is dirty aswell and disgusting do not go here rooms are outdated and dirty! We still cleaned it cleaner than whay it was tried to charge my card £100 and make an excuse all because our kids were laughing gavin should be ashamed of himself there’s definitely someone higher than him so if u see this I wouldn’t have him working there he clearly does not like kids like he doesn’t like himself
