It was ok.

Liked: I liked that there were a few options for food if you didn't want to leave the hotel.
Disliked: There was no room service.I was not able to use my key card to get into the Pantry. I booked a king size room and given queen double room. I was told that price was the same....

Good stay all in all...

Liked: Big room and good amenities it was a nice stay, close to the airport only 15-20 mins to downtown
Disliked: Restaurant was a little backwards

Liked: Personnel was kind
Disliked: Rooms were too noisy with machine whirrings. They change the first for me, but a fan noise was also loud in the other room.

Horrible night

Disliked: Dirty, uncleaned carpet. Unknown liquid leftover was found at several spots in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: It was close to the airport and provided shuttle service to downtown Philadelphia via the airport station

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. The room and bathroom were bigger than normal, and I liked the open hallways looking down to the lobby. Also happy that there was a fridge and a coffee maker..
Disliked: We booked a king room, but took a 2 queen room at a 4:30 check in because we needed to be somewhere at 6:30 p.m.! I get that it was Wrestlemania weekend, but the hotel was SORELY unprepared to be sold out and deal with everyone. Our son's room was great, until he showered, and a part of the ceiling's plaster fell onto his toilet. The staff did offer him a new room, so that was nice. But beware, the hotel is kind of rundown.
