Delamar is upscale, beautiful hotel conveniently located right in the center of West Hartford

Liked: The location, the room, the decor, the breakfast - all beautiful
Disliked: Front desk staff lacks professionalism, check in was difficult (at 1:30am no less) and checking out on my way to a funeral they delayed me because they were inept.
