Ask if there is a...

Liked: I had a horrible experience, but I do not wish to go into detail here, as the hotel is trying to rectify the situation with a refund, but they are unable to reach booking.com. They have sent me copies of their numerous attempts to reach booking.com to get the refund, and they are being ignored.
Disliked: Noise NOISE NOISSEEE!!! Wedding music loud, wedding guests in hall screaming all night, try to nap the next day because you got zero sleep, and doors are slamming all day. Our room was right by the elevator, and the paper thin walls did NOTHING to quiet the noise. You could hear every word of every conversation. Our room was not cleaned, the list goes on and on, but the hotel is trying to fix it, so now the issue is with booking.com. I am currently on hold waiting for a booking.com rep.

It was a very relaxing...

Liked: The property had several beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy. The cafe had great coffee and bakery goods to enjoy throughout the day. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The bedding was clean but not crisp white.

Liked: The hotel is located on the water and has beautiful views. Very spacious rooms. The breakfast was limited, but quite tasty l.
