Badly run hotel, avoid.

Liked: Closeness to shops & amenities.
Disliked: The poor customer service, lack of cleanliness & security of shared bathroom/shower.

Never again

Disliked: No breakfast even though paid for 3 breakfast each day ,no staff, unusable toilet, curtains hanging off,no toilet door handle,no blind pole to operate blinds only 1 socket in room which was hard to get to, bothe bed headboards broken ,staff ignored all guests when we tryed to conta t on number given

Horrible stay at the Del...

Liked: There was nothing.
Disliked: Where do I start. Walked in and there was a funny smell, got our room key, went into our room and the smell off it I can only describe as rotten sick, bedframe very loose and bent, a bunk bed and another single bed in there. The bunk bed was bent aswell and unsafe, there was food on the walls, half eaten food on the floor, snot on the walls. The wallpaper and paint was peeling and hanging off. There was mould in the room and in the toilet. When flushing the toilet it leaked and created a puddle by the shower. The top of the toilet didn't fit properly and didn't flush properly either. There was mould on the bottom of the curtain and all over the tiles. The curtains in the room didn't close properly and there was a problem with the seals on the windows. The radiator was bent and extremely unsafe. Was told that breakfast was included it had a sign saying breakfast served between 9am-9:30am we went down at 9am and waited no one opened up for breakfast there was a another family there waiting aswell. Tried to contact and couldn't get through. Was waiting on both days and no one came both days. No explanation given or could even find anyone. Had to go out and buy toilet roll because only half a roll was provided and couldnt find anyone to ask.

Liked: Location was central to main strip
Disliked: Everything poor service no one to talk to about issues, room not cleaned very well, room in disrepair, poor quality of sleep no blackout curtains, Thin walls, no toilet facilities in room had to make trip out of room to use it at the end of the hall. No existing breakfast as was advertised as included. Altho we where told about this when we checked in on arrival. No prior communication from host as I asked about questions before we arrived.

Liked: nothing as the place was closed and the people who owned it said it was being renovated and moved us to another hotel where we had paid for breakfast but were refused breakfast in the hotel they moved us to not good

Liked: The price and the location
Disliked: Oven was supposedly broken so couldn't do breakfast. Rooms hadn't been cleaned bottle and tin foil easily seen and reached under bed. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned all the time we was there. There was a large clothes tag on the floor that hadn't been moved in the 3 days was there. Tv plug didn't reach the plug socket
