Liked: The parking was accessible.
Disliked: The staff person appeared to embrace a world view that customers are a bother. To wit: barking the demand "no visitors!" The key deposit was not disclosed prior to arrival. There was an inadequate supply of towels. I was awakened in the night, having been bitten by some bug. A huge disappointment and embarrassment to the hospitality industry.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking.Fridge in room and big tv.Room was a good size too.
Disliked: Walking in there was a very overpowering smell, we believe cleaner of some description. Had to buy air freshener to enable us to stay. Bathroom was small which was ok, but the bath seemed dirty and plumbing was falling off the wall. Also, using the shower took a while to figure out as no instructions anywhere. Had to pull the spout down on tap where water runs out. The fridge was great but needed Levelling as the door dragged on the floor. And the front door had a huge gap under it, big enough for a rat to get in. The floor appeared clean but after walking from the bed to the bathroom and back my feet were literally black with dirt. There was plenty of parking but also a lot of oil everywhere too which made manoeuvring tp avoid it a bit tricky.
