Liked: The entrance look nice and the dining room was clean
Disliked: I walked into the entrance. It looked great. once I signed the paperwork and was directed to my room I open the door to the passage to our room. There was old shag carpet green. It smelled like they had been a sewage leak, and they were baseboards. Ripped off it smelt and looked old and dilapidated. I did not see a warning on Booking.com that there was renovations going on would it be nice to know. When I talk to the front end lady, she was very dismissive and pretended like it was normal. The way that entrance looks is not a true reflection of how the hotel is the washroom in our bedroom had the same sewage leaking smell it was disgusting.

Great room with full breakfast.

Liked: This property is renovated and very clean and comfortable. Access to each room via and outside door was excellent as we did not have to drag luggage down hallways. Buffet breakfast was wonderful!
Disliked: The heating system was good except the floors were cold to walk on in the morning. Bring slippers.

Liked: Great location, nice and clean. The staff are so nice. Joy especially at the front desk really went out of her and arranged a manicure and pedicure for me last minute. So sweet. Everyone is very warm and friendly.
Disliked: The heater. It is extremely noising. One is not able to make the fan stay on continually. So when the temperature drops it kicks I. So loudly
