Liked: Great Location to find a Great food and Close to the Beach.

Just unfortunate as we would...

Liked: The lady who owns it was wonderful The location was great. The shower was good and always hot waterThe room was large and spacious
Disliked: Unfortunately it was not clean. Stuff from previous guests e.g. elastics wth hair attached in drawers and in bed. I had to clean before we could use microwave. Also very old and in need of repair. (Curtain rods out of wall ,stove and microwave rusty)

Relaxing with friendly people

Liked: Marisa was very friendly and accommodating.

Disliked: I wanted the room with balcony

Disliked: The surroundings were sketchy.

Location was great for Lauderdale...

Liked: It was convenient to were our Aunt lives & we were down working on her house. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. The best part was probably the front porch. We sat out there every morning for coffee & evening to wind down after a busy day. The location is great for walking to the beach & the local restaurants. The place is older & could use some updates which they are working on.
Disliked: Nothing other than having to be there because the circumstances with our elderly Aunt.
