Located in the South Norfolk village of Fritton the Decoy Barn offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking. Conveniently located on the A143 it is just 30 minutes' drive from the historic town of Norwich and 7 miles from Great Yarmouth. The beautifully appointed ground floor rooms have direct access to the Decoy Barn's south facing garden complete with an allocated seating area. The luxury rooms with attached bathroom also boast a flat-screen Freeview TV underfloor heating and tea and coffee making facilities. The property is friendly for elderly and disabled guests with easy-access rooms all on one level with exception of the family room which is accessed via three steps. In the mornings between 7:00 until 9:30 breakfast is served in the bright dining room which features a large flat-screen TV. The comprehensive menu includes smoked kippers and waffles with bananas. The traditional full English breakfast is prepared using quality local produce from an award-winning butchery. There are two catering pubs in the village of Fritton (Decoy Tavern and The Fritton Arms) both of which are a short walk away. The property offers free secure undercover parking. Home to Great Yarmouth Racecourse and the Hippodrome Circus the coastal town of Great Yarmouth offers numerous pubs restaurants and nightclubs. The area surrounding Decoy Barn is ideal for bird watching golfing and horse riding. Fritton Lake Country Park is less than half a mile away.

Very comfortable, enticing accommodation, and...

Liked: The breakfast was very well cooked with quality ingredients.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like. Will book again when I am next visiting friends nearby. This B&B is a little gem.

Perfect bed and breakfast

Liked: We had the perfect stay here. John and Suzanne were so kind and welcoming. The property was beautiful, everything was clean, tidy and well kept. There was a lovely garden area to sit outside and relax, plenty of safe parking outside the property and the option to have breakfast in the morning, with a variety of options to choose from. We went for an English breakfast which was cooked perfectly. It was lovely, quiet and peaceful here. We would happily stay again next time we are visiting the area.
