Liked: Rated very well for cleanliness, location, comfort and value for money.
Disliked: Certain staff members serving at the front desk had poor English, but were otherwise attentive and helpful.

Hotel facilities & location were...

Liked: Good hotel and excellent location to Civic Centre of Canberra
Disliked: When I check in advised I would receive a discount for food or a drink whilst I was staying there. When it came to the time to ask for this discount the restaurant staff stated I had to have voucher from reception. When I checked with Reception staff they were very cold and claimed I never received a voucher or was not entitled to such an offer. Made a good stay into a bad experience. However I did enjoy the hotel room and the location of hotel were very nice.
