Liked: Nice staff. Great location.
Disliked: Housekeeping was an issue.

NOT GOOD, CERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Disliked: Our stay at Decanter was disappointing. Some of the issues we encountered included:1.The room was not clean — there was mold in the bathroom.2.The bathroom ceiling was leaking.3.It was very noisy during the night.4.The staff was not helpful; we reported the leak, but nothing was done.5.They do not clean the rooms unless requested, and even after we asked, the room was not cleaned.Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: Central location, spaciousness and balconies
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was not great. The noise from the street until late in the night did not bother us, but it might bother other travellers. Keep in mind you’re in the heart of Old San Juan where there is a lively night life.

Liked: Good location, great for short stay. Smooth check-in and check-out service.
Disliked: It was very noisy until late, bar tables located just outside the room door. Windowless room does not give comfort at high enough price.
