Superb

Great location and staff, noisy

Liked: Super friendly staff and great location. Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Very small rooms. We had asked for quite rooms together, and one of them was facing the central courtyard and quite noisy.

HIDDEN GEM IN OLD SAN...

Liked: I love this hotel. The location is perfect and the accommodations are exceptional. The staff are all super accommodating and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Its an old building so the outside noise can be hard in the room, but that happens everywhere in old san juan. I will definitely be coming back!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is the parking situation. The parking on the street is very limited and the garages are not that close. There's a parking space in front but it was all booked during my stay.

Exceptional

Perfect location with fabulous staff!

Liked: The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. All the accommodations and dining were fabulous.
Disliked: It’s an older hotel with some wear and tear on the furniture and fixtures.

Disliked: Nothing really. Our room didn’t have windows but we knew that when we booked.

Excellent location, modern amenities with...

Liked: The location was excellent. We loved the modern amenities paired with the old world charm of this hotel. The rooftop bar was a definite bonus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Overall excellent experience and we shall return someday and hopefully soon.
