Liked: I had a great stay at Dear Hotel Madrid. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The staff were super helpful, warm, and attentive every request I made was handled with care and efficiency, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
Disliked: The only downside was an uncomfortable interaction with a member of the security team. I felt that my personal space and privacy were interrupted when I was approached and asked for my room number during a private conversation. As a paying guest, this made me feel uneasy and slightly singled out.

Liked: Great location, walkable distance from all major tourist attractions and great restaurants. Close to the mayor station and multiple shops. Tasty breakfasts with plenty of options, great view from the terrace.Fantastic hotel service, especially Konrad which has been hugely informative, helpful and attentive.
