Not far off perfection

Liked: Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds , staff , spa food and outdoor pool all wonderful
Disliked: Nothing it was all very good

Liked: All very new and fitted out to a high standard also a good location with plenty of parking.
Disliked: All good, being a new hotel they are still finding their way, some staff seemed stretched by the amount they had to do.

Enjoyed my stay. Lovely location.

Liked: At breakfast staff need to predict what is going to run out, and restock before it becomes empty e.g plates. Need another coffee machine for the number of people. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My cosy room with a single bed was not good value, especially as it was by the road and l was woken at 7.00 by alot of footsteps above me ( possibly a staff room). Needs better insulation.It was nicely decorated and comfortable.

A lovely romantic break

Liked: We liked the room, swimming pool and breakfast.
Disliked: Dinner and staff serving dinner lacked the efficiency we would have liked for the price we paid. We understand it is new so may be teething issues training staff.

Disliked: The food service was not at the same level as the hotel experience.
