Disliked: we didn't have any hot water the whole stay and the staff at the facility didn't seem to care or even apologize plus we still have not had anyone contact us on this. Even though I asked for someone to contact me andv I've tried contacting several times and have heard nothing. I've filled out several of these reviews and still nothing. Because we were not able to shower we had to cut our vacation short. Was also a mess up with our billing causing fees on my credit card because the staff was new and had no one to contact to help. We make this trip every year and last year in honor of my father who past on st patricksday, we started a tradition years ago to make happy memories on that date. Last year stayed here and thought we would like it to be part of our tradition and make it where we would stay but after this year's trip we were unable to do some of our yearly traditions because we were unable to shower and both felt so gross we packed up and went home. I'm mainly upset that the property couldn't care less. Couldn't even be bothered to make a phone call or send an email. To even apologize no less. It might not seem like a big deal to most but that trip means so much to us and had been a huge help in overcoming a horrible part of our life.
