Liked: My other part of the family stay at De Ware Jacob boutique hotel in a different room was just as delightful as my previous experience! This charming hotel continues to impress with its character and hospitality. Upon entering the new room, They were greeted by a beautifully decorated space that equally matched the comfort we had come to expect. The bedding was plush, the decor stylish, and the overall ambiance inviting. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day full of adventures.Once again, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Their willingness to assist and share local insights really made a difference in my experience, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The location remained unbeatable, allowing me to easily access a variety of attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. Liked: This is a classic Dutch town house we had a spacious front bedroom (delux) with very good air con and WiFi plus fresh water and a couple of free drinks
Disliked: Location behind the museum district

Hotel was clean with good...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it felt updated throughout. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.Breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated that snacks and drinks were available throughout the day. The room also had a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch.One of the highlights for us was being able to pick up fresh salads for dinner and then use the hotel’s lounge, cutlery, and plates to enjoy our meal in a relaxed setting. Would definitely recommend it if mobility and being out of the downtown core are not an issues.
Disliked: Our stay at this hotel was not what we expected. The constant banging of the door every time the person in the neighboring room went in and out was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times.The room itself was very small and not comfortable for relaxing or watching TV, which made it hard to unwind after a day of sightseeing.One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle service, but it turned out to be a QR code for a taxi service. We ended up paying 75 Euros for the ride, which was a far cry from the convenient shuttle we had anticipated.Additionally, the hotel was located quite far from the downtown area. Given our mobility issues, this made it difficult to explore the attractions, as getting around required extra effort and time.

DELIGHTFUL!

Liked: LOVED everything about this hotel! Beds were comfortable, showers were great, lounge area to make your own afternoon drink was delightful, staff were friendly, location was great (easy access to commute anywhere but also in a quiet area), air conditioning was nice and cool. We were a family of 5 with two young children and two small dogs and we all loved this hotel. Will be back! We were worried about parking but there were plenty of spots to park our car right outside the front door of the hotel for free. Can’t recommend enough!
