Liked: Apparently I didn't stay here as I was charged £200 as a 'no show' !! even though I stayed in room 12 !!

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing, bacon and sausagewere undercooked for our taste, perhaps a tea/ coffee machine would be better so guests can have top ups without waiting for staff.

COULD BE BRILLIANT BUT HAS...

Liked: Clean room, newly painted so that you could still smell paint
Disliked: The air-conditioning and heating was off and it was a cold night. There were no additional blankets or duvets. I asked reception and eventually a duvet was delivered to my room. It was stained all over and not covered in a duvet cover. I placed it over my feet at the bottom of the bed.The conditioner pump was broken and did not work in the shower.
