Liked: The situation and garden
Disliked: I was initially given a room in the annex with a cupboard with Danger notices on it which on investigation housed the hotel electrics!I asked if they had another room and was told by the male receptionist that it was a standard room which I had booked. Eventually he gave me another room which was much better but having to complain is never a good start.

Would stay again.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and good bathroom.
Disliked: Didn't like the scrambled eggs. Ran out of preferred wine!

Disappointing dark and claustrophobic room

Liked: Bathroom was spacious
Disliked: Very small window made room dark and claustrophobic. Odd room shape with odd layout on 2nd floor made it feel cramped. Not a standard double as claimed. Should be converted to a single although would still not be keen to stay in it as a single due to lack of light

Disliked: ......that there was only one bedside table and night light for a couple!...in the photos it shows two bedside tables!i'm used to a larger double bed and found this one too small...i'm so sorry i didn't check in advance.

very ordinary rooms; no hot...

Liked: Beautiful property , public area and grounds.
Disliked: No hot water: tried shower several times during the evening from 8pm onwards - cool to tepid!Woken at 1am ish by people in the carpark outside my window.
