Liked: Property is very scenic, gorgeous and a perfect retreat for a relaxing time
Disliked: I felt the reception staff weren’t very welcoming.How ever the rest of the workers in the retreat are amazing, especially Ethan.On our arrival our setup wasn’t not as planned, which de vere guaranteed it would as it was our anniversary, none the less they were swift to react at that disappointment and rectified the issue, and offered 15% their booking fee due to their error.Other than that the facilities, bar, restaurants, spa, treatments, exceptional.

Liked: Stunning place, easy to get to and has everything you need.Staff were friendly and helpful, food was great and lovely selection of drinks.

Very nice rooms and property....

Liked: The property grounds were stunning. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our rooms were not close together at all and my 83 year father's room was a very far walk and up 2 flights of narrow stairs. Very difficult with luggage
