Definitely worth the trip

Liked: Setting is beautiful. Staff lovely. Outside area is lovely
Disliked: Quite pricey room wise but overall was great. Things added to our bill which we didn’t have, but these were removed when questioned.

A fabulous place to stay!

Liked: What an amazing place! It felt like stepping in a fairytale. We were lucky to have nice weather so we could explore the outdoor area as well.We appreciate the advice to pre-book a table at the restaurant and for keeping it for us as we got a bit delayed on our journey.The food was good, so were our cocktails at the bar. The breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: That we could only stay one night because of commitments, we would have loved to stay more!

Our stay at Tortworth

Liked: Our stay was amazing, the staff were great and attentive, the room was clean and plenty of space. The hotel had plenty to do for a short stay we loved the spa and pool which was included in our stay. The food in both restaurants was great, plenty of variety and really tasty. We couldn't have wanted more, we will definitely be coming again!
Disliked: Nothing stood out that was wrong with our stay. At times it could be a little confusing if the atrium was open for food, but that was likely due to us never visiting before.

Liked: I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were helpful the house is lovely. I upgraded to stay in the house. Such a lovely place with nice grounds. One member of staff even went to Tesco to buy me lactose free milk which they don't supply. That's above and beyond her duties but very much appreciated. Room service was quick and the food good.
Disliked: Although I upgraded to a room in the house and the room was nice I didn't have a view although I didn't expect one but it was looking at a roof and air conditioning units. The room above me had very noisey floor boards when the people were moving.
