Very disappointing service in a...

Liked: The great building and views
Disliked: Extremely poor catering and variable customer service. Two reports for a broken light and no response. Room very dark. New stained towels provided. Staff showed more interest in corporate clients allowing them preferential access and leisure clients parcelled off into a small area. Small menu but took over two hours to deliver shocking overcooked chicken and fish.

Nice stay in Latimer

Liked: The location is very nice with views overlooking the Chess valley. The house is historic. We had some nice walks around the estate and surrounding property. The swimming pool looked good but we did not use. Breakfast was fine but not great.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated and the walls very thin. The next door room turned on loud music at 11:00pm and kept a conversation going until after midnight. There were many children running in the corridor early morning and late at night.
