Staff nice..but room was cold...

Liked: Location was nicely secluded and had nice grounds..a brilliant welcome from Natasha on reception very pleasant.Central heating didn’t work so it was very cold at night.
Disliked: Room was very small..and central heating wasn’t working although I never complained about it

Superb venue, with excellent staff...

Liked: The size of the room was ample. The view from my window was excellent and the toiletries provided were luxurious. The restaurant had a beautiful ambience which complimented the delicious food presented by the resident chef. In the morning, our breakfast was brought to our room bang on the time we selected, with everything we ordered, and presented with sufficient heat to be consumed in comfort.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the shower unit lacked sufficient power to provide an enjoyable experience. We were unable to establish if that was due to low water pressure or a defective shower head on the hose.
