Liked: The breakfast was good, the grounds were lovely and the old building itself was fabulous.
Disliked: Our room was very basic, It didn't look like the advertised pictures. The room didn't match the look of the fabulous old building.

Superb

Liked: Location to Legoland/Windsor was perfect. Swimming/Outdoor area was great for children. Breakfast had lots of choice and was really good!
Disliked: Room wasn't ready on arrival (after 3pm). First staff member we spoke to at reception wasn't very welcoming, he didn't seem to know what he was doing and didn't share any information about the hotel/times for breakfast or dinner/map etc. Had to go back and speak to another staff member who was very helpful.

Enjoyable beautiful place and at...

Liked: Beautiful grounds, history, child friendly. Good places to walk nearby.Room was small but comfortable and good price.
Disliked: At buffet restaurant they ran out of the roast, chicken was overdone. Noisy but can’t be helped.
