Lovely hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a lovely location, very close to all the attractions in Bruges but very peaceful. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having the bonus of a lovely balcony.The staff were exceptional - they were extremely helpful and efficient and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return for our next trip to Bruge

Disliked: Just some better tea and coffee facilities - maybe a bit of fresh milk in the fridge would be good

Disliked: The staff wasn't helpful when asked about restaurant recommendations or the timeline of the bus stop outside the hotel. Called several times the front desk and no one responded...

Pretty City Break in Bruges

Liked: In an excellent location for walking round the city and very pretty by the canal with boats passing by your bedroom window. The room is cleaned twice a day. The breakfast is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The taster menu in the restaurant is gorgeous.
Disliked: If you are infirm, please note the hand rail to the steps entering the hotel is obscured by big plant pots.
