Good

Liked: Walking distance to shops
Disliked: Very dirty round the tables disgusting dust not very appealing I did mention to house cleaning staff while having breakfast. And ants in bedroom found while drink a glass of milk and beside beds

Very good

Liked: Lovely staff, great location, clean
Disliked: Decor a bit tired, could do with extra plug sockets for charging phone etc. Staff did let us know they'd only recently taken over management and they knew rooms needed updating.

Great location, but not the...

Liked: Hotel location is good and the car parking is good.
Disliked: Hotel is tired and very dated, rooms are tired with chipped paint, a musty, stale smell in the room too.Bed not the most comfortable.Not at all inviting.If you couldn't make stairs you would be stuck as the lift was broken.

Great staff, great food but...

Liked: Downstairs was lively and inviting. The staff were excellent- helpful with a great positive attitude.
Disliked: Upstairs the rooms are very tired. The air conditioning seems to have been taken out or not yet put in. Control unit is there but nothing else. The decor is tired and dated, woodwork in the bathroom was falling apart.
