Liked: Lovely hotel, full of character. Staff were fantastic, polite and friendly. One of our party has coeliac disease and the staff were only too happy to help with breakfast items. Great location as well.
Disliked: The only thing lacking was tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Liked: Highly positive experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and kept up. The room was nice and features a nice patio with a view of the Duomo. Breakfast was delicious every morning. A quick walk to all the highlights and in a safe location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Liked: The breakfast room was a squeeze. Ran out of spaces on some days.
Disliked: Staff were not very friendly and we were only offered fresh coffee from the kitchen on one occasion. It was hit and miss.
