Stay away!!

Liked: Nothing except location
Disliked: Hotel run down and dirty. Had to ask for air-conditioning on as very hot, kept turning off. Beds very small and uncomfortable. No tea coffee supplies on arrival in room, when asked for some , got 1 each for 3 nights.Room not cleaned once!!When complained, they sent 2 towels, no apologies. For a supposedly 4 star it was very very disappointing, I would give it 2 stars.I could go on, but needless to say, we won't be back

I would stay here again

Liked: The hotel is in walking distance from Antwerp Centraal train station and there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. There are metro stops nearby, but no above-ground trams. They had a really good breakfast as well.
Disliked: There’s no accessible entrance to the hotel. You have to climb about 5 stairs to get into the lobby. This is hard for people with mobility issues or heavy suitcases.

Waistage of money

Liked: Location
Disliked: Not clean,arrogant staff, ac not working, washroom not clean, room was smells like a garbage.

Will never do it again!

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The staff are not friendly, during my stay I didn’t hear “good morning” at all and they don’t even answer it. The bread was not always fresh. The a/c was broken, and despite that they “switched it on” in the reception, it did not work.

Adequate hôtel in Antwerp

Liked: The location close to the central stationThe very nice breakfast

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room aircons not working. Some power plugs not working. Very low water pressure on the top floor.

Would not stay again

Liked: Location good for town centre life.
Disliked: Bar closed for refurbishment. AC broken was told to open a window. Parking hard to attain. Staff didn’t care a monkeys. Tired old hotel with minimum features and staff attitude not great.

Disapointing due to the issues...

Liked: Very good location and polite staff especially the check-in gentleman when we arrived.
Disliked: I requested single beds in all but one room however on arrival they had no knowledge of this request even though on my confirmation with you it states single beds. The check in gentleman could only offer 2 rooms with single beds leaving 2 pairs with just doubles.This, as you can imagine is not acceptable but one pair agreed to share and the only other alternative was to upgrade to a suite which came at an additional cost. How do I claim that additional cost?
