Disliked: Room is not what pictured. Also Shirley was not nice about compensating us. Even knowing it was their fault. They put us in wrong room. The. Next day we had to move. We had to cancel our plans pack up w everything and move. It was a waste of time and stress on our end. They only offer a late checkout . Really no! Ended up the new room was not comfortable bed or pillows at all.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds were very clean and welcoming.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, we heard everything from neighboring rooms. The bed was not at all comfortable.
