Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The location was great, hotel was clean and beautiful.
Disliked: We stayed on the 26th floor and could hear the elevators all night long in our room. The hotel did however provide a fan to drown out the sound, which worked.

Excellent resort but staff could...

Liked: I loved the style, decor, cleanliness and amenities at the resort.
Disliked: The staff at check in was not very enthusiastic or helpful. No one offered to take our bags to the room or gave any information about the resort. I was also incorrectly charged for parking fees when I did not have a car or have anyone visit while we stayed.

Best stay in Daytona Beach.

Liked: All of the team at Daytona Grande was professionalAnd courteous; from the bellhop to the front desk staff. The Albalone team was great and the breakfast buffet was very good. Val at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our check in seamless!Joe, Jen, and Jack at the pool bar were incredible. Our experience was 10/10 as we stayed at the Hilton but hands down the Daytona Grande was much better!Awesome Service with a smile!

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely upscale decor, efficient check-in, plenty of elevators, beautiful views of ocean and city, beautiful and spacious pool area, spacious pool bar, spacious restaurant and excellent food, great restaurant service, convenient to parking garage.
Disliked: Bed and chairs were not very comfortable, towels weren't well stocked, air conditioner was loud, noise from neighboring room voices through walls until midnight, sidewalks were missing and temporary surfaces were poor condition, pool deck was VERY SLIPPERY, and saw numerous people slip and fall on deck and entering and exiting pool.

Liked: I loved the location the staff was amazing. I love the scenery. The resort was so peaceful and beautiful I didn’t want to leave
Disliked: I don’t think customers should have to pay for parking when they are paying a lot of money to stay there. Some thing should be included because of the high pay rates
