Overall loved it, will come...

Liked: I loved the beach side and access to the beach. The room was great for what we used it for . Just the night for my family after 4th of July. It was great!
Disliked: I didn't like that there was only 4 channels, the shower was missing tile and we had a wash cloth with a yellow stain on it just a few little things. The parking really sucked but we know it wasn't the inns fault.

I will never come back...

Disliked: Bedroom smells badly, the lady front desk didn’t tell me about parking before dumpster, I got a parking ticket. Be careful if you go there, and is limited.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and jacuzzi tub was nice.
Disliked: The fridge was leaking water onto the floor, the slider door has no track left and took two of us to open and shut it. The plug in on the hairdryer crumbled in my hand when I tried to use it. The bathroom light globe was full of bugs. Even though I had a late check in approved, I was told I would be charged a 35.00 late fee for checking in late. Would have been fine except I wasnt told that at the time of the request approval. However, I wasn't charged the fee because it was such a hassle getting to check in. I paid for my booking online. The front desk was trying to charge me 294.00 dollars again upon arrival arguing with me that my card had been declined even though I had proof of my reservation, the payment confirmation in my hand, AND a booking.com rep on the phone with me. The clerk declined to speak with booking.com.

Budget friendly and clean!

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay! If you trust all these other people's reviews that appear to be lies, then you'll miss out on a budget friendly, enjoyable stay. Did we see cracks in the floor and a slightly outdated/rundown appearence to some things? Sure but that doesn't matter to us if the room is clean for an affordable price. We were a short walk across the property and right down steps to the beach or to the nice pool to enjoy. We stayed in a lovely bedroom that had a clean king bed, an air conditioner that kept the room cold, a shower with hot water and clean towels, some free live tv channels to watch, a microwave and a coffee maker. We did not see any roaches in the room, but if we would have- welcome to the south! and definitely no bed bugs. The couple that is on the property was incredibly sweet and there for our every need in which they handled properly. 10/10 recommend!
Disliked: Parking spaces were limited, so it was a little nerve-wracking on the weekend days that were part of our trip to know if we would have a spot upon return but the couple on the property made sure we still parked on the property. Another thing I wasn't crazy about was the wifi and service in the room but that may be just a random thing that the hotel management cannot prevent.
