Liked: Nice to have the suite with a kitchen.Tv was confusing. , but not a big deal for us. We were not there to watch tv anyway. The balcony looked over the dumpsters so was happy to be on a higher floor. All the staff were awesome.

Liked: The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Erika at the tiki bar was very informative on where to eat,etc. She was also there when we needed something.
Disliked: The pushy conciere that tried to sell the time share. That really turned me off after her chasing us even after we told her we weren't interested.
