Disliked: falling apart! bathroom door didn’t close & screetched loudly with any move. dark interior with light not working. hot, poor airflow from cooler.

Liked: The owner/manager returned my payment and was understanding.
Disliked: This motel looks old and run down from the street. I was assigned a large room with three beds because there was no other choice. The hotel is old with VERY low ceilings. I have dust allergies and decided not to risk sleeping in the room with old carpeting.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. Did not have my reservation but had a room which I didn't want to stay in due to the smell.

We rested well.

Liked: No breakfast at this location, as advertised
Disliked: No drain plug for the bath tub. Bathroom rug in front of the sink needed to be changed.

Exactly what I needed

Liked: The walls were all wood paneling, the carpet was soft, the bed comfortable, and the room was cozy. I'll definitely stay again if I ever find myself passing through Dayton.
Disliked: For some reason the toilet was really tall and the bathroom door was too big for the frame so it couldn't close. It made it uncomfortable to... well, you know.
