Disliked: Breakfast was not good

Excellent time spent with family,...

Liked: I really appreciate the access to the pools and the beach, as well as the bar. This was our third year visiting, and we will be back next year as well!
Disliked: The Jacuzzi beside the indoor/outdoor pool did not seem to be working most of the time I was there. The jets would come on, but the water would not heat up. I looked to an option to turn on the heat, but perhaps I missed it or it's not available for patrons to reach.

Short stay for one night...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: I don’t think the pillow cases were changed, there was blue tape inside the pillow with someone’s initials. Bathroom behind the door has hair all over the floor, the door would not open initially , had to be pushed open by staff.

Terrible

Liked: The breakfast could've been better. Wasn't much of a selection. Not a lot of fruit. No cereal for the kids.
Disliked: Property definitely needs to be remodeled, the sink in the bathroom didn't work, and on the last day of my stay I seen a roach in the bathroom.

Money efficient

Liked: Staff were amazing. They were smiley all the time. Breakfast was more than enough. You should try french toast. Thanks to the heating pool we could use it regardless of the temperature and never missed the opportunity of being alongside the Myrtle beach.
Disliked: Some hotels states the building name so you can understand there might be more than one building. I wish it had been the same but unfortunately My room was in a different building located across the street and the building was not well maintained compared to the others. The room was smelling good at the first time we entered but later the smell was so heavy that it started to become unpleasant. I felt like the heavy odor applied on purpose to suppress the moisture smelling.The balcony door was broken and was hardly opened.

Will not be booking this...

Liked: I loved that the hotel was on the waterfront and it had a lawn with umbrellas and chairs.
Disliked: We saw several roaches, dead and alive. The facility needs updated. Most everything is out dated. I didn’t like that we had to cross the street and then a parking lot to get to the dinning hall for breakfast. The bar/grill didn’t stay open past 2pm even though it says it’s suppose to be open till 9pm. There wasn’t much parking near by and the 3rd deck of the parking garage was full of storage.
