My third time. But won’t...

Liked: Staff is great! Facilities are good. Free breakfast is very nice!
Disliked: Very loud noise from construction on the Pier! Would be nice to have more adult DJ at pool at night. Bar drinks were too expensive!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend...

Liked: I liked the property was located walking distance to the beach.
Disliked: I didn't like the room as I was advised it was a newly remodeled room. It was a VERY CLEAR LIE.. EVERYTHING in it was old and outdated. Faded paint. The carpets smelled mildewed. I did call the front desk AB's advised the room was nothing like they advertised and they told me it was the last "newly decorated" room they had with the ocean view balcony they had available so I just stayed because the balcony was one thing I absolutely wanted. The breakfast I only had once which wasn't great. I spent almost $800 for 4 nights and I could've stayed somewhere else for anise half that and got the same experience. Please don't let the very edited pictures they post fool you. I will say the staff was friendly for the most part even tho it took almost a day for them to bring a roll of tissue to our room.. oh and we had to use one remote for two TVs. I could go on but I'll leave it at this. I didn't take pictures of the room as I was very disappointed in it.

Very good

Liked: Loved the walk in pool even tho it needed to be cleaned and sand on the bottom . Enjoyed breakfast everyday and the staff there was amazing. Loved having the snack bar at the pool area. We also loved having the yellow umbrellas on the grass area.
Disliked: We did not like hearing the very loud noise from the construction of the new pier in front of our motel. I think when you book your vacation that the motel or booking.com should be made to let you know about the construction. This is the second time we've stayed there and construction is going on. The last time I stayed there they were remodeling the rooms and it was very loud. We had no idea that this time there would be a pier being built in front of our motel.I personally had just had both of my ears ruptured on April 27th and in the hospital due to a sickness. I am still under doctor's care. My ears are very sensitive and the very very loud banging pierced my ears and I had to hold my hands over my ears when the loud banging was going on. The construction also blocks your beautiful view of the ocean. I think you should be told and you decide if you want to book your stay. Thank you!!

Liked: The close proximity to the beach and pools.
Disliked: Place was very dated and halls very dingy. Parking was a little insane but manageable.

My stay was nice although...

Liked: The breakfast was great although the choices were limited compared to some hotels that I stayed in.
Disliked: Breakfast was served at the Rose Room which was across the street. For the most part the weather was okay but one day it rained. Didn't like having to possibly walk in the rain to get breakfast.
