Great value and location, would...

Liked: Great value! Staff was very friendly, was able to leave bags at front desk to use the pool and venture out. Buffet breakfast at the rose room was decent and great staff. Many pools and access to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable with ocean view and kitchen. Walking distance to stores,mini golf and restaurants. Short over ride to Boardwalk and Broadway.
Disliked: Room was out dated but it didn’t affect our stay. Construction on the pier was noisy at times but not the hotels fault.

Liked: The staff is exceptional. It is the same as our last visit. The place was clean inside and out. We received fresh towels and wash rags every day.
Disliked: The place could use some TLC. Our room for instance was a bit older. There was drywall all around our toilet paper holder that almost came off the wall when I went to change the roll.

I once enjoyed this hotel...

Liked: The location was great but the hotel has really gone down hill over the years. The suite was spacious but felt dirty. The facilities smelled horrible. Also, someone kept going into my room while I was out. I left early because I didn’t feel safe.
Disliked: The hotel has a decent rate for its location but it seemed high for the condition of the facilities.
