Disliked: My experience with this place, Saturday (July 19, 2025) was not only disappointing but also extremely concerning and dangerous.From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's attention was very poor and unfriendly. To make matters worse, our room key never worked. The person who assisted us exchanged it twice with a totally inappropriate attitude, and even then, we couldn't open the door.But the most alarming issue was the evident lack of security in the parking lot. We encountered individuals consuming drugs and semi-naked, which created a completely unsafe and unacceptable environment.Given the accumulation of all these inconveniences—the poor service, the room issues, and the alarming security situation—we decided it was best to find another place to spend the night. We couldn't stay and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute.This is not the experience one expects from a hotel. The lack of security and the inability to access the room are fundamental failures that need to be addressed. I definitely do not recommend this establishment.Furthermore, I strongly believe that Booking.com should be much more selective with the places they recommend. This type of establishment is not suitable for recommendation to anyone, given the serious situation we experienced."I hope this helps you convey your experience effectively. '

Liked: They lost our reservation, locked us out of our room on the second day even with paper in hand showing we paid, had to pay again. I will never stay here again
Disliked: Pool didn’t work, there was cigs left in a non smoking room so there for it had not been. Cleaned

Disliked: Room full of beg bugs that ate me up roaches everywhere no towels no tv remotes crackheads prostitutes all over the premises and drug dealers waiting on my refund from Booking.com cause front desk said they couldn’t refund my money!
