Liked: nothing about it was good
Disliked: it had bugs , the air conditioner didn't work , it wasn't clean , and I had to constantly watch my vehicle cause they were people always gathering around it selling and doing drugs and did I mention the air conditioner didn't work and couldn't get a different room

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: First room’s carpets were flooded, second room had missing lightbulbs, duck tape on the ceilings, things torn off the wall and the door locked me in I had to call the front desk to let me out. Took awhile for the front desk to find me a suitable room as it looked like housekeeping had took the weekend off and a lot of rooms were unclean.

Disliked: Didn't stay because none of the kay cards worked. Was told to call booking.com for a refund. Would not recommend this establishment

Disliked: The toilet paper on the staircase was nice to seePiss smell is always pleasant too

Liked: The staff was really nice and polite. Beds where comfortable. And it's right off the interstate.
Disliked: The door lock was broken. The floor was wet by the air-conditioner. There was only 1 towel and 1 wash clothe in the room. When I asked for more, they had to ask housekeeping for it, but we left about an hour after i asked, but I still hadn't received them.

Decent for temporary stay.

Disliked: My experience with this place, Saturday (July 19, 2025) was not only disappointing but also extremely concerning and dangerous.From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's attention was very poor and unfriendly. To make matters worse, our room key never worked. The person who assisted us exchanged it twice with a totally inappropriate attitude, and even then, we couldn't open the door.But the most alarming issue was the evident lack of security in the parking lot. We encountered individuals consuming drugs and semi-naked, which created a completely unsafe and unacceptable environment.Given the accumulation of all these inconveniences—the poor service, the room issues, and the alarming security situation—we decided it was best to find another place to spend the night. We couldn't stay and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute.This is not the experience one expects from a hotel. The lack of security and the inability to access the room are fundamental failures that need to be addressed. I definitely do not recommend this establishment.Furthermore, I strongly believe that Booking.com should be much more selective with the places they recommend. This type of establishment is not suitable for recommendation to anyone, given the serious situation we experienced."I hope this helps you convey your experience effectively. '
