Liked: Accessibility to racecourse was very good. Clean warm and tidy rooom!Not much disturbance outside the building.I felt
Disliked: I felt breakfast should have came with the room and not be charged as an extra.

Liked: Could not fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and modern with a great bathroom, the only thing that let it down was the bed it was very springy like a trampoline
Disliked: When we booked the hotel, we didn't realise it was on a service. But apart from that, you could not fault it.

Disliked: Staff were quite rude we were there for a kids football event. Would there be no differentiation between the bar and the lounge? We were sat in the bar for quite a long period of time and staff told us that the kids couldn’t be in there or if they carried on playing they would be sent to bed or would have to be removed from the hotel we offered a solution by going into the conference room that was not being used if the kids were an issue and we were told this isn’t acceptable and the kids were told to go to bed for 9 pm a little consideration into the environment as we spent a lot of money behind the bar
