Disliked: Staff smoking right outside entrance.Dirty bra left on floor from previous guest.Filthy carpets.Strong BO smell at reception desk.1 towel for 3 guests.Grubby bathroom

Generally up to requirements apart...

Liked: Room very acceptable as on previous occasions staying there.
Disliked: The T.V. reception-constantly breaking up every few seconds. Diabolical and has been reported on previous visits there.Nothing has been done about ir.!!!!

Disappointing. The worst we have...

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: No lift. Very basic. Only one set of towels for two of us. Bed not very comfortable. Having to go to the Service Station for breakfast which was well below the standard we are used to.
