Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Ended Up Leaving

Liked: good location
Disliked: I couldn't stay in the room and had to move to a new location because it smelled of cigar smoke so bad. Just staying in the room for 1 hour, everything i had smelled like a dirty ashtray.

Uncomfortable

Disliked: It was very dirty. It was hard to get things without feeling like an inconvenience. We had a camera detector, and it went off all over the room and bathroom.

Liked: Only one staff member (Falisha) was very nice.
Disliked: Very dirty, asked multiple times to come and clean and they didn't. Towels,sheets, blankets had stains and didn't smell fresh.

Pleasant

Liked: Room size was great. Staff was friendly. No bugs!
Disliked: Suite doesn't look anything like the pictures. Furniture was old, with holes and dirty. Blankets on the bed had holes. Bathroom was not great, not super clean. Overall room is very old and dingey and looks nothing like the booking photos.
